This hospice team is one of the best. They are dedicated and feel called to what they do. My dad had a major stroke in July 2023. He did not recover. During his last days, I reached out to the Triniti team to help. They made a hard situation just a bit better. I also work for Triniti Hospice as their Director. It is a testament to my trust in this team to have them care for my dad.

Triniti gave our family excellent service and care for both of our parents. All of the office staff, administrative staff, nursing care, music therapy, and personal hygiene workers were professional and friendly under difficult in-home hospice conditions and a nursing home setting. Jay came out to provide occupational/physical therapy to a family member. I was concerned because therapy can be difficult, patients are not always in the greatest of moods, and people don't always get along with each other. Jay approached his sessions as a partner and not as a boss. He was able to establish a good working relationship. This is the key to having productive sessions and long term success. I have never heard my family member say he was happy after a therapy session. But after the first therapy session with Jay, this is what I heard. I am not concerned about results in these early sessions because I'm convinced that if a good trusting relationship is established, the patient won't give up and improvement will occur in the long run. I am ecstatic that Jay understands this and is able to work so well with my family member. He is having success where other therapists have not succeeded. Bravo to Jay!
