Hospice and Home Health Reviews

We are proud of the incredible services we provide and the heartfelt testimonials we receive as a result. Learn a little more about our home health and hospice services from those whose lives we have already touched.

We had the best hospice care for my mother with Guardian Angels. The nurses, chaplain and other staff members were very caring and attentive. The lead nurse helped us get my mother transferred from one facility to another which showed us how much they cared. The nurse on call also came out twice during the night. We couldn't have asked for a better hospice team.

Triniti (formerly Guardian Angels Home Care) was the best!! When talking to other people who had someone else helping them, they couldn't believe how great these Angels were for Pete, he as improved so very well! I set goals and dates for him to reach - Jan 17th - his birthday. Feb 14th - Valentine's. Mar 17th - St. Patty's. Apr 4th - Easter. May 9th - Mother's Day. He reached the goal before the date so far - Easter will be walking on his own. May 9th will be able to drive again.

My father unexpectedly and rapidly deteriorated in 2015, due to a myriad of health issues. The first hospice team we used was through the hospital.... It was poor and the communication was poorer. Even mistakes made with medicines that resulted in SERIOUS issues. So! We changed to Elim. Through Elim we had pastoral care, massage therapy visits, better communication with a calendar hanging in the room, phone calls to me, and lots of prayer.

One day they brought my dad a beautiful prayer shawl hand made and prayed over in Jesus' name... just to bless someone in their dying days. After seeing mistakes made by all humans involved- the hospital, the assisted living facility and both hospice groups, Elim was the best and strongest for quality care out of the 4 agencies involved. Nothing in life is perfect, and neither is anyone's story of dying- but Guardian Angels Elim did a fantastic job overall.. I recommend them without reservation.

Hospice was wonderful to my husband and family. He called them his Angels. I will never forget them.
